At your disposal is a two bedroom apartment, capable of hosting 4 people with standard beds or an additional two people should you feel adventurous to prop up sleeping accommodation in the lounge.
A fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower. Dedicated fibre internet of up to 100Mbps for those that enjoy digital entertainment or want to work while the family relax.
On site is a choice of three large swimming pools, each with a children’s (shallow) pool attached. Although in summer season security and life guarding is provided by the Property Syndicate, all children should be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times when using the swimming pool and other facilities.
A hard court football court is available to use by all residents as well as access around the secure ground to walk and enjoy the facilities including maintained gardens around the complex.
Parking is provided at one vehicle per apartment. Please respect and follow the 20KM/h one way system around the complex which is in place for your safety and the safety of other drivers, residents and children that frequently walk around the complex and enjoy the surroundings.
The apartment, situated on the third floor, has it’s own private 15m2 balcony, equipped with BBQ and outdoor furniture to maximise those evenings enjoying the view over the gardens and swimming pools with the foot hills and mountains of northern Morocco in the background.
With respect, the property is fully none smoking, including on the balcony. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes. Please use ground floor parking areas if you wish to smoke or vape.
