What does El Baraka need from you?
To start, we need to understand what you are looking for in a property. Property type, number of rooms, size, ideal location or area and most importantly, your budget. To ensure El Baraka Properties identify, target and propose properties that meet your expectation, it is paramount that El Baraka Properties understands the price level you are targeting. This can make a significant difference in size of property and quality of build and internal finish. To ensure your time is maximised to potential and we can get you from identifying a property, to viewing and on to purchasing within a reasonable time line, understanding your budget and further requirements is key to success for you and for El Baraka.
Once you have engaged with El Baraka Properties and requirements have been discussed, to proceed on agreed services El Baraka will require the following:
- Copies of ID – Required for not only arranging travel (if needed) but for administration, access to some properties and locations and for services and sales
- Contact Details – Telephone, Email, Postal Address (if applicable)
- Signed Terms of Services – Your Terms of Service (ToS) will be created and sent to your specified e-mail address. The ToS will be unique to you based on the information you have provided in regards to your property requirements, how many properties you wish to view over a specified number of days along with any additions such as travel and/or accommodation. The ToS will specify any costs on services listed out in the ToS including the dates these services will be provided (based on agreement). These costs will need to be paid in full before any in person property viewings are conducted.

El Baraka Properties graft in the time and effort to gather the property and local area knowledge for you to maximise time on the ground viewing properties that have been hand selected based on your preferences. Our aim is to maximise your time in Morocco on viewing and completing sales purchase of your desired property investment or home.
Who do we cater for? El Baraka endeavours to cater for everyone. While we recognise that quality service and detail takes time, effort and endures cost, we can create basic entry level packages that include on site viewings starting at £150.00 or 1,800MAD (12MAD per GBP).
For this entry level package El Baraka will provide the following
- Digital Consultation
- a pre-arranged digital meeting between yourselves and El Baraka Properties, introduction and understanding of your specific requirements
- Half a day of in person viewings
- To allow for travel from site to site, comprehensive viewing and questions this is limited to 3 viewings in half a day.
- Pick up & drop off at location in Tangier or Tetouan
- Pre-sent list of properties including images & property details
- Follow up contact within 7 days of in person viewing
